The Hotel would not allow me to use my Visa Debit Card Or Mastercard Debit for a deposit, as my Mastercard Black was Maxxed, and I was not able to check into the Hotel. I would like you to reach the Hotel and would like to request that my 180,00 voucher be reimbursed. If I don’t receive the credit I feel I don’t see any value using Hotels.com again. I have been using Hotels.com for over a decade and I’m sure in my profile you will see that I have spent thousands of dollars through hotels.com and it would be a shame to end our relationship on this note.
