The hotel has clean and reasonable spacious rooms which look ok. As in every hotel we've visited on our trip in the west of the USA the breakfast was standard. Toasted bread, scrumbled eggs, coffee, hot chocolat, peanutbutter, some (not fresh) fruitdrinks en waffels. After two and a half week you get a little bit board of it but, clearly, that's American breakfast. It's not bad, it's more of less acceptabel. The hotel itself looks clean and the personal is friendly. There are two things where we were dissappointed about. They offer a laundry service but (the company who does that for the hotel) takes a disadvantage off the prices they offer. We had a pyama washed and we thought the price would be the same as for a joggingsuit ($ 8,50) but the price was
$ 13,00 because the laundry service charged it as trousers $ 6,00 and separate shirt $ 7,50. We complained about it at the hotel but they didn't want to do anything about it. For a selfrespecting hotel I would have thought that they at least would return the difference.
Furthermore we are sure that there was stolen a professional hairtrimmer out of our suitcase. We mailed this to the hotel as soon as we found out in our next hotel but their response was that they had loyal personal that wouldn't doe such things. Two weeks later we were back in San Fransisco
but the only solution they give is to put valuable things in the hotelsafe. This only means that they can't trust their own personal !!!!
