When we arrived they was no one at the front desk for almost 10 minutes. The person checked us in then told us the elevator was broken. Our room was on the 3rd floor. She offered to call us the next day when a room became available on the 1st floor, but didn't. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower door wouldn't stay close. We checked out a day early.
I was there for 5 days, staff was friendly, breakfast was what you expect. But, not having internet the whole time I was there was very frustrating. I checked twice a day being told they were working on it. My last day I was told there was a part of some kind they were waiting for? In this day and age that just doesnât seem right!
The elevator was in a bad shape.
I prepaid my booking, and upon check-in, in I was charged again for the room as opposed to a damage deposit. I reached out for a refund and the staffs were ill-mannered!!
I expect better from Hotel staffs, especially when you don't know who is on the other side of the phone.
Our room was excellent it was clean and quiet we enjoy our stay tremendously. It was almost like being at home we could cook relax watch TV entertain. ( W/out everyone having to sit on the floor or the bed like hotel room.... Lol)
When I checked in, the front desk clerk was talking to another employee for about 10 minutes while I stood there.
The TV in my room didn't work. Eventually, I had to pack back up and move to another room.
In the morning, the water line broke (it was cold) so there was no water to take a shower.
Rooms were nice, but several things just didn't make it a pleasant stay.
The pool was broken. I had go to office 3 times just to get the bed sheets done no coffee anywhere till breakfast is ready đ we won't go back. The room was nice clean and comfortable
