The facility is lovely and clean. They have a good breakfast. The window on some rooms faces the hallway, not outside, and can feel awkward. I've stayed here multiple times and will stay there again.
I went for a walk through the nearby neighborhood and the houses are nice and well kept.
The problem with my stay in this hotel was the extra 50 dolors the took as a guarantee but havenât returned me yet after two weeks as they said it will be returned in two to five business days.
Bed were comfy, fridge spacious if you needed. The area where they serve breakfast is gorgeous and spacious and really beautiful. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure why this area was so done up, would have been really nice had the breakfast been better.
The room wasn't great we had cigarette holes in our bed. The room was hot all night. This hotel also has hidden fees that we were charged for. 10/10 wouldn't recommend
This is a large, weirdly sited hotel adjacent --literally attached -- to a major DIY big box store. The sprawling hotel has a central breakfast room, no windows, reminiscent of the designs of a 1980s food court in a no outdated shopping mall.
Door key fob system got burnt out due to storm. Front office person was escorting each and every guest to their rooms. Poor lady! So we cannot come out of room once checked in. Also room was icky for some reason. My daughter said it smelled like her dorm.
We were upgraded for free to an executive king room. Spacious & comfortable room. Friendly staff and delicious hot breakfast. A quick 15 minute drive to Target Center. We will definitely stay here again.
Check in was ok. Carpet was moist and air conditioner was loud. The toilet didnât flush properly so we were offered a plunger which didnât help. The breakfast offered was the standard microwaved options.
Pros - quiet and safe, friendly staff, ample free parking.
Cons - noisy AC, 3* breakfast, vending out of order
Requested adjoining rooms at check-in and even though hotel was not sold out, our request wasnât honored.
