This hotel is very basic, but I guess you get what you pay for! Pros: strong shower, the bathroom was clean, the staff were polite and helpful at all times. They were a lot nicer than the Ibis that I stayed in at Porte de Clichy a few years ago. The hotel is located a five minute walk from the metro. There are also grocery shops and restaurants nearby.
Cons: asked for a room with a view of the Eiffel tower when I booked - didn't get that. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Unbelievably, I chose to sleep on the fold out, as the main bed was so uncomfortable and my back was killing me after it. The shower head kept turning sideways, the water from the shower goes everywhere. We had to leave a towel at the gap of the bathroom door, so the carpet in the bedroom didn't get soaked again from the water. No tea/coffee making facilities or safe in the room. A lot of noise coming from the street, it kept waking me. Overall an OK stay. But I wouldn't stay again for the reasons listed above.
