“The first day I arrived in the afternoon, the room was very hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I went downstairs to complain, and they told me that the air only works in the summer and that the solution was to open the window—but the window only opens about 10 centimeters wide.
That night, I couldn’t sleep because it smelled dusty and was very hot since the air didn’t circulate. When I tried to open the curtains, a lot of dust came out of them.
The next day, they told me they would give me a fan in the room. I came back at night, and no one from the night team knew anything about a fan, so I had another bad night.
The following day, they offered to change my room and give me a refund for the first night. Up until now, I haven’t received the credit for that night.”
