I recently stayed at the property, and my employer covered the cost of the room rather than providing my per diem. However, my credit card was also charged. I attempted to reach the manager on four separate occasions, but unfortunately, they were unavailable. When I finally spoke with the manager, I was informed that the credit process would take five days. As of now, I have not seen the credit applied to my account. I will have to contact my local bank regarding this matter and file fraud charges if it is not resolved soon.
