I booked this hotel for my daughter so she could visit me. She checked in online and when she went up to the room she found that there were bedbugs and the signs of bedbugs including fecal spots and spots of blood. She immediately went to the front desk and told them about this. She then went to another hotel and was I was not reimbursed for the cost of the room. Is there anything you can do or do I need to contact Wyndham directly?
