This hotel is under construction and that information was not on the hotels.com site. Room furniture is old, but the mattress was good. The bathroom fixtures were old and almost not functional. The tub drained slowely, hot water was slow if it all, and the sink fixture had to be jiggled to get the water off. My flooring was renovated and the A/C was good. I will not stay there again.
Overall this place is great, good comfy rooms although the walls are a bit thin. It's under construction right now and I'm interested to see what happens when the renovations are complete. Would definitely stay here again
When I got to the hotel, the email you sent me clearly said I booked two rooms. But the clerk kept telling me that there was only one reservation even though I was showing him my email. He refused to give me the other room. Incredibly frustrated I offered to pay outright for another room. Because I needed to go to bed. I figured I would deal with a manager in the morning when they return as soon as I got to my room, he came to the door and said he had found the other reservation, but it was under the other name of the person in my party. I was on the line with hotels.com Chad When they sent me over a screen grab that showed the two confirmation numbers and the names the reservations were under my question is⊠Why does the email you send not contain the same information? Why does it not contain the confirmation numbers and the names of the rooms are booked under? That would solve the problem immediately I have never had this experience with hotels.com.
This hotel is under heavy reconstruction. Not identified prior to booking. The parking lot is unkept. I caught a flat tire in my rental car, hours away from driving 500 miles home.
Hotel was under renovation at the time. There was a funny smell in our room. Free continental breakfast was advertised, however, only a bowl of fruit was provided.
they stay was fairly okay. The hotel was undergoing renovation. Kitchen was closed however the hotel provided to go bags for breakfast with some stuff to compensate.
The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years...it was disgusting!! Room booked for 2 but only 1 towel supplied...called front desk to ask for more towels & was told to cime downstairs to get them.
