The hotel allowed me to cancel the first night in advance as promised in the Hotel.com ad, which is why I booked it. However Hotel.com did not allow me to do so, and I had to still pay for the first night. Very bait and switch.
Not enough towels in the room for the number of registered guests. Door to room very off of alignment and hard to shut/open. Door security chain unscrewed on one corner and useless. Trash can way too small and was overflowing quickly, and no one changed it the whole three days. One section of the LED room strip light was burned out/flickered on or off at random.
However, they brought the extra towel with a smile, provided a blow-dryer when asked, found an oatmeal flavor that had run out, and had patience with me when I asked for all those things.
Friendly, patient, and helpful staff.
The room was clean in all spots, and didn't feel "scuzzy."
