Sierra at the service desk started out by telling me I didn’t book right online and would only give me one breakfast voucher. She could have just gave me two and made a great customer service experience. Instead she said I only booked for one adult and I would have to pay for my husband at breakfast. I must have missed that on hotels .com. The beds were hard at this hotel and the pillows were flat. My neck hurt in the morning.
The roof top bar was great and so were the valet people and our room was clean.
