Good location, but far from Disney (32 minutes), 8 minutes from Universal parks, they offer shuttle buses only to Epcot and Universal during times that won't match with their closing time, so it's useless, and even when I knew about the "bagel bar", I have to say, this is the worst breakfast offered by a "Hilton" hotel.
Do not expect a Hilton hotel, this is an old Country Inn hotel, they just painted it and renamed it, the maintenance is poor, you will see pictures with stained carpets, one of the elevators was doing weird noises and we could feel like it was going to fall, suddenly we found out it was out of service, a guy is going around with paint of different colors and screws trying to make the appareance acceptable, but as I said, do not expect a Hilton hotel. The ladies at the front desk won't make you feel welcomed, one of them didn't know how the washing machines operated, she just sold me the tokens, she didn't even know where tea bags were stored, and asked me to look for them until the following morning. Another lady didn't want to help me with a special request about checking out late, my daughter was sick and was able to sleep until 4AM, so none of us slept enough on the day we were checking out, I just asked her if we could leave a bit later because she was not awake yet, and she said no, once I sent a message with a complain, then she said yes, the problem here is the attitude, not being empathic. Beds are ok, room was clean, housekeeping was great.
