This property looks good and is nicely styled, but that’s about it. First, our room had ongoing hot water and pressure issues. Second, we could hear the lobby music loudly and clearly in our room during the day and evening. Third, the elevators were under maintenance and slow with no signage to say they were under maintenance. Fourth, the “resort amenities” which they charge you for close at 9PM (jacuzzi, pool) and are cold. Fifth, the 35 dollar resort fee just covers a cookie, coffee in the room (really?), and the cold pool jacuzzi. Sixth, the minibar is comically expensive (20 dollar tablet toothpaste?). Seventh, there is no real chair in the room to sit in to do work with—there is a tiny stool.
This is barely a 3 star hotel, if that. Don’t nickle and dime your guests when they are paying four star prices.
