Worst room i have seen in the USA, but nice staff.
Hole in shower floor for a drain. Hole in the roof, plugged by a towel. No tv, says " no signal". Food on the wall (ketchup?). Tissues on the floor, and on the light. Staff was excellent, but the guy who came to fix the tv, said he couldn't, and didnt know how. The counter lady was friendly and polite. I told her when i was leaving that the room needed repair before the next couple, and she seemed concerned. Maybe they will fix it? Maybe not? Not worth the $140
The room was suppose to have a jacuzzi tub. The shower curtain rod was broken and so was some of the furniture. The hallway was dirty and the pool was out of service.
Tried to get a better room( room was noisy, had no working lights) but second room had water flowing from the ceiling! No hangers and no tub stopper : window open and couldnât close it.
Had to move back to 1st room!!apalling
Places absolutely disgusting walked into my first room, saw hair and cigarette burns on the on the sheets. Went to the second one saw a cockroach in my bathroom. I guess thatâs what you get for $35.
I chose a King room, and got the disability room. Almost didn't get it, but that is what Hotels.com gave me as an option.
Upon unlocking my door, I was greeted by a noxious odor. I guess the shower wS clogged. No! I know it was clogged because I stood in a foot of nasty water. I had to spray every last drop of my cologne just to mask the odor. I was planning on going out that evening but a headache saw otherwise. I like Motel 6 in general. But odor I just have a sensitive nose and in this stay Motel 6 got a Motel 1 star. Please address that stinch.
Also, I failed to mention, check your heater for possible rodens dead or hiding. Turned the heater on and turned it into a crematorium. Poor lil guy got himself a viking funeral whether he asked for it or not.
I especially liked the staff and they were easy going and like friends or family. They didn't rush me whicj has been a problem with other motel 6 and they treated me well as well accommodating
