Everything was amazing . I just wish theyâll serve breakfast earlier , every hotel server at 6am . 5am should be standard . Iâll definitely stay again .
All and all our stay was great. The room was spacious and semi-clean. I did notice a few stains on the couch.
The beds were not that comfortable. Pillows on the bed were way to small and too soft. If you like a firmer bigger pillow bring your own.
I was shocked to see that this day and age there was not a hair dryer in the room at least that I could find anyway.
Everyone was friendly. I enjoyed a conversation I had with one of the ladies that takes care of breakfast in the morning while she was on break.
In certain areas you could definitely tell that it was an older remodeled hotel.
In my experience Best Westerns have been painted but nearly never renovated or thoroughly cleaned. The room was fine but the bathroom was not. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The room itself still had items left from the previous guests. You get what you pay for.
I was in room 116 couldnt sleep scratching then woke up pulled the cover back and there were bed bugs under me and one on my foot. I woke my daughter one came from her pillow. I walked up to staff and showed the huge knots that developed on my body. She moved me to a room that was not clean. Rm 212. Cheetos stuck on the sofa bed sheets. She gave me sheets to both beds to change on my own. It was 4am i was awakend around 1am from being bitten by the bugs. I work 6 days 70hrs a week i was TIRED. That room has a stained tub and not nice at all. I was moved again afternoon to room 119. It was good but i lost alot of sleep and check out sunday. I am still recovering from the bruises the bugs have on me. I am allergic to bug bites. My stay was MISERABLE. I would have left if only i had somewhere else to go.
The room wasn't very clean, it was like don't change the bedding, just made the bed over. The sink had hair in it from someone shaving. Hair in the shower.
It was great. Only thing I would change or say about it is the breakfast. I would definitely change the breakfast time and what they have. Everything else was amazing!
We stayed on the first floor. It smelled like strong industrial c leaner and cigarette smoke. The carpet and bathroom floor felt moist and sticky. I found blond hair in the bed beside the pillows. There was a side entrance to the hotel, guest stood outside & smoked then left the door propped open so the wouldn't get locked out. But that meant anyone could enter without a key.
There were bugs in the room wi couldnât talk to a manager until checking out the 2nd day. I was moved to another room on the 2nd floor. Initially offered me $50 off.
Our stay here was below any Best Western hotel I have stayed. To start the first room they gave us smelled really bad. They thought maybe someone spoiled beer on the carpet. The second room was not cleaned well and the sheet wasnât changed. When I turned to cover back, the fitted sheet had blood on it, like someone scratched a sore. I call for clean sheet and at midnight we were trying to change our own sheets. We gave up because I seemed like the sheet they brought was too small or we didnât know the technique to put it on. We gave up and used both flat sheets. When we checked out the lady at the desk asked how was our stay, we told her about the situation and she took notes. She said someone would contact us, so far that hasnât happened.
