We stayed at the coast hotel due to the windstorm knocking out our power for 5 days.
I’ll start off by saying the room was fine and the restaurant at the hotel was was good as well.
The staff was very argumentative, not all, but two staff members in particular, the worst being Taylor. I got back to the hotel at 230 am from work. My parking pass that I paid 50$ for did not work. I walk to the front desk and inform her it didn’t work for some reason. And she just starts being rude for absolutely no reason. Maybe she had a rough night or something but she acted very unprofessional. I told her I’d come back down after I got some sleep to discuss, why she was being so rude. I woke up at 730am to a packet that was slid under my door with a letter on it. It was the charges for holding fees and parking that I had paid since being there. I gathered she was angry because the morning before I spoke with another atendent about my bill. And they gathered they had over charged me for parking and , a store purchase that we had not made. So they had to refund me 50$. And my guess is she saw that, and decided to be rude to me about that. Besides the bill discrepancy and Taylor’s unprofessional behavior. Our stay was ok
