Need to replace managers/supervisor/maintenance
The front desk receptionist were amazing. That’s the only thing I can say good about this hotel. The toilet was running all night. I left for the day just to come back to the room with the toilet still running then I called to complain. They sent supervisor to fix which he didn’t know how to fix it so he needed a helper. Kept me awake until 1130 at night. Tub spout was leaking. Bad showerhead was clogged called to have replaced. They left the tub dirty. My wife came with my kids my son needed to sleep on the pole out sofa as soon as we pulled the sofa out to put sheets on there’s b black mold all underneath And on the mattress. The activities supervisor was very disrespectful and rude. When I asked for a manager to call me, no one calls so when I called to speak to the manager, he gave me the stupidest excuse saying that playing pickle ball On tennis court is prohibited because itis loud and Disturbs guests when they have a bar outside blaring music until 1130pm at night all across the lake in the complex that I am in building 12 and can hear the music all the way from my room which That kept me up And hard to sleep that is ridiculous.
