Disappointed with stay
I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at Home2suites on 1/25-1/26. While I have previously enjoyed positive experiences with Hilton, this particular stay did not meet the standards I have come to expect.
Upon entering my room, I observed hair on the carpet, indicating that the floor had not been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the bathroom shower was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing and below the level of cleanliness I anticipate from Hilton properties.
Furthermore, the television in my room was non-functional for a significant portion of my stay. When I reported this issue, I was informed that the electrician was out of town, leaving the problem unresolved during my visit. This lack of prompt service was inconvenient.
Lastly, the elevators were non-operational for several hours, causing considerable inconvenience, especially when accessing higher floors.
I trust that these issues are not reflective of Hilton’s usual standards. I hope that by bringing them to your attention, appropriate measures will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
