We were very unhappy with our stay. When we arrived the ladies at the reception told us to park our car at the car park and then we can check in. Once we brought all our stuff to the building they actually said to go back to the car , put everything back and go to another parking space as our room will be in a different apartment….also, I have requested a baby cot and a microwave as my daughter is 9 month old. I have sent my request when I made the booking and called in 2 times, when we arrived the lady who was at the reception told us that there is no option for us the get a microwave ( she was rude and making faces) she said they can give us hot water at the reception to heat my babies food up ( the reception was 5-10 mins walk from our building) , by the time I get back with the water and heat the food up would be 30-45 mins at least, specially middle of the night….when we arrived to our room there was no baby cot… so I had to call the reception again, the next day we had no hot water in the room, the elevator was not working ( we were on the second floor with a little baby) So we were very disappointed with our stay, I can understand that it was middle of the summer season and everyone is tired and exhausted, but this should not happen , specially with someone who is whit a little baby.
