The property was in really rough shape despite being surrounded by some nice businesses. The entire exterior (from the parking lot to the stairs to the buildings) was borderline dilapidated. The room was not particularly clean: it smelled of smoke when I first arrived, there was some noticeable trash on the floor, the sheets and pillow cases had various unknown stains, there was chipped and peeling paint on the walls and in the shower, etc. I killed at least a half dozen of some bug that looked like a miniature roach during my 3 night stay. There was no iron or ironing board to use for my clothing on my business trip, which is usually a staple. The Continental breakfast was just some cereal, a single waffle maker with syrup, and some white bread (I didn't even see a toaster).
The air conditioning worked well though, the water pressure and temperature were good, and it was generally quiet while I slept. But sleeping is about the only thing I'd recommend at this property.
