One thing after anotherâŠ.
I booked and paid to reserve a smoking room. Upon check in I was told that there were not any smoking rooms available. I opted to stay in a non-smoking room. I then was told that I had to pay a $20 cash deposit. I had no cash so had to find an ATM in the area that wouldnât charge me $5, to use it. That donât happen. So in short I donât really save any money by booking online. The room was $10 cheaper but with the deposit, I ended up paying $17 more for it including the ATM fees.
Once we got to the room the television didnât work. We called the front desk and they sent a man to the room. He couldnât figure it out. After the next shift arrived we called again. The man that came to the room, was upfront with us. Told us that this was the first time he had heard that the tv didnât work. No communication throughout staff. Then we werenât even able to switch rooms, bowler did they offer us any compensation for the broken TV.
