Huge hotel with good staff
this hotel is huge and had a lot of facilities. The staff is very nice and helpful, there is a lot of animation -both for kids as adults) going on, too much for my taste but it is up to you if you join.
I traveled with my 5 yr old twins and it was great place, very safe, lifeguards at all pools, animation everyday (which we didn't use, but the people seemed very nice). Also didn't have all inclusive but cooking in the room worked out well with a big supermarket in Porto Criisto (5 minutes by bus)
I probably wouldn't go back to this particular hotel because we just didn't use most facilities (restaurants, spa, animation) but if you travel with young kids it's pretty amazing & care free way to do so.
For me the main gem of this holiday was the little bay beach. On a beautiful 5 minute walk, it has a small restaurant too with toilets and a bar. Would definitely go back for that !
