I would try another hotel...
I called for a late check-in and all the numbers online routed elsewhere. After four tries, I finally got the front desk, where he said checking in late didn't mean I could check out late.Kind of rude. I wasn't asking to check out late. I couldn't hear him well through their super-thick glass at the night window and it seemed to irritate him. It was only 10pm so he could have opened the door if it was a burden, but he did not. I asked for the wifi code and it was like I'd asked him to donate a kidney. I was with my 80-year-old father and asked if we could get a first-floor room because dragging bags up the stairs is hard. He got upset and told me I get what I get. The room was clean when we arrived, except for the hair stuck to the bathroom wall and the weather stripping falling off the door. When we returned the next day, the room had not been cleaned or restocked and the key didn't work. When I asked about the key, another employee was kind of rude again and asked when I was leaving. I booked for three nights. We left again the next day and when we returned, again the key did not work. I went to ask about the key and they asked again when I was leaving and blamed the key on me. Again, the room wasn't cleaned or restocked. I went back to see if I could get some coffee for the machine and they were annoyed for me asking. Overall, it seemed like they really didn't want us to be there and wanted us to leave. I'd try another hotel.
