This hotel is "unique" - it is a historic hotel with lots of character. It is old and even though we got an executive king room (upgraded from a standard king), the room was tiny with barely any space to move around and it was hot. The AC was not working and the room stayed around 78 degrees. We opened the window to cool it down, which worked, but had to close it at when we went to bed as the window did not have a screen and we did not want to risk critters coming in at night. The bathroom has been remodeled and it was clean with all the amenities you would expect, but it was tiny. It was a good place to stay the night, but we would not stay for more than just one night. Check in was easy and the front desk staff friendly, as was the server at the lounge.
