A lovely stay with some issues
The good: Staff is absolutely lovely, honestly, some of the nicest hotel staff ive come across. The pool is beautiful and the beach is nice. Seating and beach chairs around that area are sufficient. Staff even came around with complementary cocktails and fruit in the evening around the pool. Beds are extremely comfortable and bedding is of good quality. Breakfast options are sufficient. There are two large open air parkings across the street free of charge.
The not so good: we could clearly hear the people next door (them being in room 513) speak during the night. I cannot tell whether these were just very loud people or whether the sound insulation is bad. When you shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet. Our bathroom towels had a very strong vinegar smell as soon as they became wet. This was however fairly quickly solved by hotel staff and the replacement towels had no issue. Regarding environmental sustainability this hotel has the same issue that many other hotels have: they still use little plastic bottles instead of refillable dispensers for soap and shower gel.
