Everything looks amazing at first glance, when you start taking a closer look, you notice the issues. For instance, the bathroom door in my room was chipped and peeling at the bottom, there was a wall outlet that had its cover hanging by a screw, and the weather stripping on the balcony door was damaged so that you can hear the wind whistle and the air seeps in.
The restaurant was fantastic though, which is why I have it at 3 stars. The manager there took the time to chat with me while waiting for my meal. Whereas the receptionists weren’t very helpful. When I checked out a day early and asked for a refund for the unused day, they didn’t even ask why I wasn’t happy with the accommodations.
