I reserved a studio room for 7 peoples as we are a family of 5. I did my check in on the Hilton app and choose my room. I indicated that we are arriving after 10pm. When we arrived with our 3 kids, after 12 hours of driving, we received a regular room and were told there was nothing that can be done as the room I rent was already occupied. Not happy with thatâŠ
The room was spacious and comfortable, however the room door kept sticking which made it difficult to open and close the door. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with extra towels or blankets for the kids. The pool was a great temperature and the area was clean. The breakfast was good and the attendants during breakfast were kind and helpful. Our only gripe was that there was construction happening during our stay. They were courteous enough to not do any construction during the night but some of us wanted to sleep in and were unable to do so with the work happening outside.
Staff were nice. BUT, the TV didnt' work. Had to get that fixed. The phone didn't ever work. And there were a group of teenagers running the hall, yelling, screaming, and bagging on doors from 10:30 to after 12 a.m. and the hotel did nothing about it.
The breakfast area was pleasant and easy to access. The room door was heavy and loud. The room numbers in the hall were damaged and should be replaced. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
