The location is good. Unfortunately, the communication is absolutely terrible. I was given an incorrect entry code for the unit in the instructions messaged to me, and did not gain access until after an hour and a half of trying to get in touch with someone who had a code that actually worked (they had to give me and have me try no less than three other codes AND the second person I spoke with, who hung up on me more than once, was the epitome of rude at best). This was an extra concern given that I was with my father and 82 yr old grandmother and we had just arrived from the US.
The other large, and perhaps biggest issue, was that when I booked, the south penthouse was advertised as having 2 bathrooms, IT DOES NOT. It appears to have been corrected on Expedia, but it still shows as having two bathrooms on hotels.com.
It's a relatively nice place, although there are some maintenance issues such as water damage, that might be concerning if you have a severe mold allergy.
Had the host been honest or at minimum accommodating to offset their mistake, perhaps I would have actually stayed at the facility. I booked my family and I different accommodations,as after the debacle that was check-in, coupled with the false advertising, I didn’t trust this place.
I have traveled all over the world and this is the first time I've ever walked away from a booking that was "non-refundable" and chosen to stay elsewhe. If you get a room as advertised it's probably a decent place to stay.
