Hotel has no reception, as we arrived during the day there was a girl sitting in a small room that was kind of reception but her attitude was letâs say very uninterested. For a 4* hotel the room was horrible, I guess the room and all you have inside has stayed as it was since its opening. Stains on walls, the only chair was so dirty that we didnât want to put anything on it. Mould around ventilation in the room. Window handle broken. Tv did not work.
Maybe there are different parts in the hotel and as we booked with a big discount we got a room that is not renovated but this hotel canât have 4*! The only good thing was breakfast, we could at least leave with good impressions about that. And location of course is good as well.
Only one plus: the location.
For the rest, forget it. No service. No comfort
Isolation is extremely bad si that you can hear people snoring in the other rooms!
Housekeeping is extremely noisy. Every morning.
To enter you need a code as there is no reception. If you do not act, they will not send nothing and you will have to manage it with an interphone by -10 outside!!
You can opt for a cathedral location but windows are very small and view is lateral only.
Blankets are not long enough. Bathroom are very old. And if you want housekeeping you shall ask for it. Bathroom products are very very bad. Nothing is really clean and housekeeping is doing half of its job. And speaks Russian onlyâŠ
You want to leave your luggage before going to the airport: they provide you a code for a tiny storage room where any guest can enter and do what he wants. So donât leave your valuables.
A staff member is waiting in a sinister room. No smile. No pro activity. Not standing in front of the client.
Public areas are basic and litter bins are full.
Degree zero of hotel. A huge shame without any customer orientation. Obviously, the goal is to be financially profitable and to opt for low cost hotel with non low cost prices for the client!
Stay away. Vilnius gets much better and much charming.
