Bad service - bad room
We had a taxi drop us off at the Neptune, but there's no office there.
We called and found out it was on a different block. They were adament to say no early checkin before 4pm.
We did other activities and came back at 4pm to a long line waiting to checkin. We waited in line for 30 minutes wonsering if we should get anther room....
When we got to our room, it was not at all what we expexted. Knowing it was unusually cold, we turned on the heat where tge thermostat sat at 66 all night. The one bed sounded like it had bren supported by a load of empty water bottles. So lound when you lay down or move.
The pictures used on the website only slightly resemble reality. If you saw the bathroom we had, it would greatly change your minds.
Then there was their "resort" cleaning fee of 50 dollars. I expected a little upcharge, but by the time were all said and done with the night, i could have had a room with tge Marriott just up the way and would have had allot better experience all around.
