Clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt service. There is a bit of renovation ongoing, but I guess the rooms are soundproof because I saw it but I didn't hear a thing. I'd definitely rebook.

An absolute flawless experience from start to finish!! The manager Kajol went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Also Devika was always enquire of our wellbeing. Our room was immaculate, spacious and featured a stunning view of the city. Daily Breakfast exceeded all expectations!! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality in a prime location.

I booked the family loft for my husband's birthday mainly for the dipping pool. The room was spacious and clean. The AC worked well that we even had to turn it off. However because my husband is 6ft the height of the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable for him.

Thanks to Josiah for the smooth check-in and fulfilling all my additional requests perfectly. The entire team including Rachel, Chelsea and Sheena were most attentive during the 7 days that my wife and I stayed at the Bel Air Hotel. The apartment had two bedrooms, both very clean and the shower was spacious and always provided hot water when used. The air conditioning got the apartment super cool, something needed in Guyana! The place was spotless, the staff were happy to clean the apartment as requested, so thanks to the cleaners also! Not a sign of any issues, the bed was comfortable and clean. I would happily go back to stay again at the Bel Air Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at The Bel Air Hotel in Georgetown, Guyana. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and thoughtful amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome from checking in and out. The location is convenient for getting around Georgetown, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax after a busy day. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall value for the price. I would definitely recommend The Bel Air Hotel to anyone visiting Guyana for business or leisure. It was more than I expected and the room even had a loft in the room which I've never seen in Guyana. Everything was excellent. Customer service was above and beyond. I waa pleasant surprised by thw thank you gifts. Thank you all for the warm welcome. I'm looking forward for my next visit 😊
