Owner failed to send check in info and we were stuck in the day of the stay with no way to get in and owner did not respond yo messages. Also, the phone number given for the owner was disconnected! Made for a very stressful few hours until hotels.com was able to switch us to another accommodation. Worked out ok but a lot of stress that didnât need to happen.
