I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe feedback is necessary in this case. My recent stay was unfortunately very disappointing due to multiple issues that significantly impacted my experience. Upon arrival, I found the room extremely hot—clearly the air conditioning was not functioning. I informed the front desk, and the only options offered were either to wait for a technician or move to a different room that did not include the jetted tub I had specifically booked and paid for. I requested a partial refund for the downgrade, but that was denied. As a result, I chose to wait for the technician. After approximately 30 minutes, the technician confirmed that the A/C unit needed to be replaced. An additional 40 minutes later, a new unit was installed. While I appreciated that resolution, the delay was inconvenient and not ideal after a long trip. Once the A/C was working, I tried to relax and watch TV—only to discover the TV wasn't functioning either. I returned to the front desk to report the issue, but no one was present. At that point, I was too tired to continue chasing down staff for help. To make matters worse, the noise from the pool area was excessive well into the evening, with loud music and the strong smell of marijuana making it impossible to unwind. The next morning, I discovered that the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and when I attempted to use the blow dryer, it didn’t work at all.This experience did not meet the expectations set by the hotel.
