Pros:
The evening front desk gentleman was amazing! We had a long trip, arrived late in the evening, and he was incredibly hospitable.
The room is a little older and in need of repairs, but it was not bad.
The beds were comfortable enough.
Cons:
We could hear people talking outside and in the room next to us. We could hear their entire conversations. We ended up sleeping with music on to attempt to drown out the noise.
We had planned for a late check out since we had arrived so late; however, when we woke up the next morning we found roaches in our room. We got up and quickly prepared to check out. When we told the front desk staff, she acted nonchalantly. She said she'd put my complaint down and have management call me. I have yet to hear from management.
I absolutely would not stay here again. It's not just finding the roaches (which is enough!), but the person's response when I told them was just not acceptable at all.
