Not worth the hassle
Where do I start. Check in was a nightmare. Everything is a code from entry to getting your keys. Retrieved key from key cafe but it didn’t work. After several trips up and down the elevator to the front desk and the front desk personally having to verify the key didn’t work finally got in my room after an hour wait. If it was after hours and no one was there to help I’m not sure I would’ve ever got in. Now, let’s talk about the parking. There’s minimal parking outside and the time limit is three hours if you want to park at this place, you have to pay $25 additional and rent the space for a specific time limit. Once again, this is another electronic type system where you have to scan a barcode and rent your spot. I had my girlfriend do this while I was dealing with the key situation once we left for the evening assuming she had the parking squared away we came back at night and the parking we had paid for had apparently expired. So again we had to pay another $25 to reserve a parking spot to enter the garage. Upon entry, the spot we reserved was already taken by another car since everything is electronic there’s no way to contact anyone or get the situation revolved I guess it’s just another $25 loss now totaling $50 for parking that I’ve never even got to use. To avoid getting towed, I had to park across the street at the mall and walk back to the hotel at 2 o’clock in the morning. Need to s say I will never stay here again and advise anyone to use caution before booking.
