Poor front desk customer service
Hotel.com advertises suite with 2queen beds and 1 double sofa bed a room that sleeps 7.
This hotel DOES NOT! Have double sofa bed in a room. It is a TWIN SOFA BED. It sleeps 5
There was no manager on duty at the time of my arrival. I had to speak to front desk manager over the phone. She was pleasant and apologized all they could offer was a roller away bed be brought in or charge me for another room if available. The 2 front desk reps that were there; 1 tried her best to be pleasant and helpful the other was rude and combative talked over me even while on phone with manager. The next morning At check out I asked for my receipt, the manager made herself known to me. She Apologized gave me $45 credit to my credit card says my reservation was through Expedia as I showed her I used hotels.com. She apologized for the 2 front clerks behavior from the night and stated that other issues going on that night lead to their poor customer service that had nothing to do with my situation. I let her know that was unfortunate and I thanked her for the credit and her time.
