Poor service unfortunately !
During my recent stay at your hotel, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. There was a leak in the bathroom that was not repaired promptly, forcing me to request a room change. While the request was not refused, it was poorly managed, with no flexibility shown to adjust to my schedule, requiring me to argue and justify why I could not change rooms in the morning. Additionally, I was extremely disturbed to find that the hotel staff took the liberty of removing my clothes from the locker without my permission and without even checking me into the new room first. This lack of consideration and breach of privacy is unacceptable, and I hope appropriate measures are taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Moreover, it seems it was hard for the receptionist ( evening) to apology .. he got an arrogant tone & blamed me .. only thing said : I’ll leave a note about it ..
fairly , the lady who checked me out in the morning was very helpful and nicer
