The hotel only had 1 elevator car working. We would have to wait literally 10+ minutes for the elevator or walk up to the fifth floor. If you were lucky enough to get on the elevator you were packed like sardines because people were afraid to let it go by. Also the cleaning crew was getting on the elevator with wet soiled linen in black trash bags dragging it across the floor and near people feet while on the elevator, leaving a trail of nasty fluids smears across the elevator floor and the hall floor. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights and not once did housekeeping clean my room nor knock on the door to see if anything was needed. I did not have the do not disturb message on the door. The room was nice but they gave us nasty pillows. I had to take the pillow down to the front desk when I was leaving out. The person at the front desk said they would take care of it. When I returned to the room the pillow had not been replaced. I had to call the front desk to request another pillow. The customer service needs work. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm also including a picture of the pillow. It was nasty and disgusting.
