At least there was WiFi
Avoid this hotel. We booked a family room for 5 people (2 adults, 15, 11 & 10 year old kids). But only got a King size bed and a single bed and 3 pillows. There was no option to add another bed to the room and we had to pay an extra 200 baht for 2 extra pillows.
Same story for the towels: only 3 towels were provided and if we wanted extra, we had to pay.
The sheets on the kingsize bed were dirty and had stains on them. In the bathroom there were dust nets hanger over the mini-boiler. The curtains in front of the window were of little use, as the room was lit up by a big neon sign across the street. The ceiling was covered with some bug-like things and the wallpaper was taped to wall with see-through tape.
We just needed a place to sleep before we took an early plane, but this hotel managed to screw that up completely.
The breakfast was a joke: 1 type of cereal (that was soft and moist because it was exposed to the air for too long), a toaster and eggs. Maybe there was also some jam somewhere, but we didn't bother to look for it.
The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the WiFi connection: I suggest you use it to book a room in another hotel.
