Neat clean rooms. We were out during the day and came back in the evening and found the window open. Cleaning staff has been in the room without being asked and only opened the window and left. Nothing wrong with that, but we thought it was weird. The hotel's website states 17 euros parking for 1 day, but apparently that means during the day not at night. You pay 25 euros for a whole day of parking. When you arrive at the hotel, you must first stop in front of the hotel door and walk in to say that you are staying there and going to park. Then you drive to the entrance of the parking lot and call the reception with your phone, because the bell at the swing door of the garage is broken... 10 out of 10 times the reception phone is busy so you wait 20 minutes until they pick up. Then you drive into the parking lot and the staff will come with a pass to open the second door idk why they don't give you a card to use for drive in and out. Same story when driving out. We had reserved a time slot for Louvre but were too late because we could not leave the parking lot. Due to lack of staff and the English language, misunderstandings arise. That was a minus. Furthermore, the hotel is well located. Accessible by bus.
