Heel bijzonder!

Het appartement is klein maar heeft alles inclusief een mini keuken en een airco en een ruime en mooie badkamer. De locatie is fenomenaal. Inchecken was super makkelijk via e-mail en whatsapp en wij mochten veel eerder naar binnen dan de standaard inchecktijd. Verder was het heel schoon en rustig. Je loopt naar buiten en bevindt je meteen in de kleine straatjes van de historische oude stad en wat een mooie oude stad is het. Dubrovnik is een van de mooiste en oudste steden in Europa, geloof me. Pak de dagkaart van de stad zodat je over de buitenste muren van de oude stad kan lopen want dan zie pas hoe bijzonder de oude stad is en wat een prachtige kust Kroatië heeft. Overal zijn er plekken om lekker te kunnen eten en te drinken. Ga langs het Italiaanse restaurant meteen als je naar buiten loopt en pak de mixed pizza, subliem! Doe jezelf een plezier en bezoek Dubrovnik en overnacht bij U Nikse, je zal er geen spijt van hebben.

The apartment was of a high standard. Very clean and plenty of space for a couple. The location in the old town was perfect, with all the bars and restaurants very close by. It was also only a short walk to the old harbour, Stradun and the Jesuit Stairs. I found the apartment very easy to find, even at night when I arrived. There were no steps to contend with while carrying luggage, which in the old town is a huge convenience. I would stay again

Perfect location and spotlessly clean.

Fantastic location inside the old city. Super quiet despite being so close to busy restaurants and outdoor cinema. Very comfortable. Only downsides : microwave placement a little high for easy use by a short person, such as me and couldn't work out how to operate the coffee machine!

Fabulous apartment in the city walls of Dubrovnik. Great location and nice and quiet at night. Apartment has everything you need and the communication from the host was great. This property was in the heart of the old town which made it so accessible for everything. The room was freshly cleaned for us and we had excellent communication throughout. They even let us extend our check out by an hour to accommodate our flight times. Would highly recommend this apartment!!!!

Very small but well appointed room. Location in the old town was excellent, a quiet street with very little through traffic, although on two of our three nights the courtyard next to our room was an outdoor cinema, but finished reasonably early, so did not disturb us much. The table and chairs on the street outside the main door to the apartments was a god send, to enjoy a quiet drink before dinner in the fresh air, as there was not enough space in the studio apartment for two to sit comfortably. However, given Dubrovnik is all about getting out and about, the lack of aparrment space was more than offset by the great location within the city walls.

Wonderful place to stay. We just had a little hiccup with the safe, but they fixed it right away (service was amazing). I sent a message, and they accommodated us right away!!! They are very professional and any questions or concerns, they were on it right away. The location is very convenient too. Dining and shopping is right around the corner. The outdoor movie is outside the window, but they have double pane windows, so it was not bad. You can even watch, if you want. The view from our window was pretty too, must enjoy that if you stay here. The place is very clean but watch out for the shorter ceiling, my husband hit his head a few times.... but this is normal in smaller spaces like these (we stayed in top floor). Our stay is wonderful, and I will recommend this to all my friends and families. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place. I would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Checking in was really smooth, once inside at the foot of the staircase we experienced a strong odd smell, which is the staircase covering or the glue that bonds the rubber to the metal staircase. The fumes it gives off are disgusting. The room itself is functional and the bathroom is 5 out of 5. Air con is also good. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we experienced lots of noise from the room above. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room floor was filthy, hair, toe nails, and covered in dust. Fortunately there’s a dustpan in the room, so we swept the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. We made the hotel group aware but they never responded so thought we should put it in a review. They had the opportunity to resolve the issue but chose to ignore it.
