Stay in oct-nov 2023. Hotel room is nice, new and modern. Kitchen fully equiped with induction.
Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor.
Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this problem, they didn't call back.
While checking in creditcard was not working, therefore deposit couldnt be paid. I was ready to pay cash. My creditcard could be working in 2-3 days as well, but there were very difficult and not willing to be resilient at all. The stay was already paid, just the deposit had to be paid. But they didnt give me time to get it working and I would be on the street, despite the whole stay was already paid.
Fortunately one of the people working there, solved the problem en the creditcard worked. And we got into the room. But it was quite a tension for an hour or so.
