We had ordered to have a crib in the room 3 weeks prior to our arrival. When we arrived, I called down to the office to ask if they would bring the crib up, to which I was informed, the wheel on it broke so none were available. We drove 4 hours to be there, and had I been emailed that a crib was no longer available, I would have brought our pack and play but I was not notified. Therefore, I had to go out and purchase another pack and play, putting me out 90$, so that my babe would sleep safely. Despite being told by the office member to “just surround her with pillows.” Sorry but I’m not compromising my child’s safety because yall refused to update your customers on what yall had available. Her service was the worst part of it.
