Our room wasnât ready when we got there but was ready within 30 mins but that could be attributed to the fact that I had to bring the 4 legged baby at the last min and we needed a room to accommodate him as well. We were supposed to have breakfast but were never told when and where. The pool wasnât in service at the time probably due to the time of year. Our room on the other hand was great, it was clean free of bugs and in the shower there was body wash and shampoo and next to the sink was soap and lotion. Overall my stay was good but would recommend a book stating check in and check out procedures and local menus also a few local attractions if any. The staff were courteous and attentive. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the pool and breakfast both of which would have made my reason for being there a little lighter.
