The carpet is dirty, there are dirty dishes in the drawers, the coffee percolator was full of old coffee residue, and the microwave is in very poor condition; basically, the entire apartment is not what is shown in the photos.

The rooms were not clean, and very old. Floors were covered in sand , and there were holes in the walls, and door handles coming off. The worst part was NO HOT WATER. We could not take a shower for 2 days , and when telling the front desk, they gave us attitude. Terrible customer service

The unit was outdated, small, and had mismatched and old furniture. The shower in one of our bathrooms wouldn’t drain. The oven did not work. There was only one television. Concerns couldn’t be communicated because the staff hardly spoke English (although they were very nice). The unit was in a really nice location - 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We liked the outside showers.

We stayed in apartment 4. There was no curtain on the front door. You could see right into the apartment. I hung a fitted sheet there. The television was screwed to a table that was too small for it so so it fell and broke when I bumped into the table I purchased a new television tried to communicate with a property about the situation and they were very unreasonable. I kept saying oh my goodness, you broke the TV. There was a smell in the apartment overall very disappointed, especially for the price.

We had no working air conditioner upon check in, I went to the office and made them aware..next day had to complain again. They sent a maintenance man up who did nothing. So another guy came up at almost 11pm!!! He claimed it was going to work, still temperature kept rising. Complained to desk again and she still would not give me contact information for a manager. We got a working air conditioner the morning of our check out! There’s no communication, not enough pillows and the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable

Both my wife and I are in our mid seventies. Our unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. As soon as you enter the building you are hit with a musty smell and a damp, clammy sense. Same thing in the unit itself. One dining room chair was broken. The vent over one of the beds hung down a few inches precariously held up by tape. The door to the balcony patio had a one inch gap to the threshold. Hot water for showers was lukewarm at best. Some ants and flies.

There is NO WAY this is a 3-star property, 1.5 at the MOST. The apt I was rented is nowhere near the condition of the photos provided. Complete bait and switch. The carpeting in the place had to be at least 30 years old and furniture from the 1950/60s. There was ONE light in the combo living room/dining room over the TV. Totally dark at the dining table. There were 2 spoons and 2 forks provided. ONE coffee mug. The coffee maker sprayed water all over. The double beds in each room were old and springy and wobble when you lay in them. The twin beds were OK. We tripped the breaker on our 2nd day. You are not given a phone number to call and there is no phone number provided at the office for emergencies. No one answers the call once you track down the correct #. I had to call all the properties managed by the company to track down someone to flip the switch. After a 2nd time I was told at 7:30 p.m. that if it happened after 8, no one would be available until 11 the next day. I came home from dinner to find the breaker tripped. We had ONE LIGHT in the LR/DR that night and the next morning....more than 14 hours, until someone flipped it. I was told they only have 1 maintenance person for the multiple properties. On the + side, the A/C worked and I had a view of the ocean. Not very secure...someone can get in by breaking the window in the door and reach in to unlock it. And there's no window treatment on the door for privacy. And no blackout shades, too bright for me to sleep.

Location- good. Size -good. Cleanliness - good. But- communication was problematic. The hours of the front desk are few and the phone number provided was specified for "emergencies only" - so if you have a non-emergency issue - you're on your own? ? ? The internet was not working at all in our unit so we couldn't use the tv - an issue in the evenings and with our 5 year old. Hot spotting didn't work either. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone in the office - the response was underwhelming. Others talked about how nice the staff was - not my experience at all. The girl blew me off essentially- I had to refuse to go away until she texted a manager, she basically was like I don't know, I can't do anything, maintenance can't fix it, and when I said I paid for a unit with Internet and a tv I can use, and how that's standard, she blew me off like "yeah, maybe, I guess." Manager messaged her that it's a router problem and I couldn't use the tv or get reliable internet and they didn't know when it would be fixed. Could have mentioned this when I checked in. I asked to be compensated in some way for not getting what I paid for and still no response. So, if all goes well, and no issues, good place to stay, but if you have an issues, good luck - management is absent and seems uninterested in helping you make it right. Not exactly the hospitality I was expecting.
