The property has VERY limited parking and there is no parking signage. I parked right behind the office where a female staff member loudly stated: âWell thatâs an interesting choice for parking. I hope you donât plan on staying there long!â She did not offer approved parking options, she just kept walking away. I moved to the gas station across the street and ran in for check-in, where the same staff person screamed my name (as if she was asking if it were I) and when I confirmed, started dancing and screaming: âYes! Yes! I got it right!â, then told me sheâs glad I moved my car because that wasnât approved parking. I had to ask where approved parking was and she said anywhere in front of the office, where I pointed out that there was only room for two cars and both spots were taken. Ignoring my statement, she handed me my key and pointed to the stairs then above the office where she said my room was and then stated: âMake sure youâre out by 10am.â I saw one of the spots become available so I literally ran across the street so I could move my car. I didnât even make it across the street and I saw her leaving on a bike. I parked my car and went back in to finalize my check-in, the office door was closed with a sign that read: âOffice closed until 7am.â The room did not have air conditioning, only room fans. My family nor I slept comfortably as it reached over 90 degrees and we had to wet wash cloths to keep ourselves cool. We left as soon as the office opened.
