We stayed for three nights in this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. The location is also great, very close to the S-bahnhof which brings you to the city centers within 10 minutes. There are also many good restaurants in the same street (thai and vietnamese). The hotel itself was however a little shabby. The front door already looked like it was going to fall out and the paint was coming off many of the walls. Also the WIFI was very bad, I have never experienced before where my devices connected but no WIFI was available. The lady at the desk was not unfriendly, but didn't say much apart from the necessary things. It also seemed that she wasn't fluent in either German or English. Also, the curtains did not block any light, which resulted in me waking up quite early every morning.
For the price, however, I am a happy guest, as the location was great and the bed was nice and clean. I recommend just going out for breakfast, there are many little bakeries in the neighbourhood that give you better and cheaper breakfast.
