I can agree with what most other reviewers say. It's in a location that is very convenient to the train station, the hotel itself is very clean and nice, the staff friendly and attentive, it was quiet, etc. On the downside, the hotel itself is located on the inside of a mixed-use building. So you have to "buzz" them (but with one quick push of the button, not a sustained push like a true buzzer) like you would for an apartment resident in a big city like New York. Then, they buzz you in and you crouch through a little hobbit door-within-a-door, go up the elevator on the right to the 2nd floor (3rd floor for Americans, because the bottom floor doesn't count as the first floor in many foreign countries including Italy), and then get buzzed in again to the office itself. The signs are there, but they are small, and one of them is about 8 feet off the ground. They will send you a video of the first part of that process via WhatsApp the day before your visit to help you. There is no breakfast in the morning.
