This is a great small hotel in one of the best neighbourhoods in Paris. Bars, restaurants, shops, cafés, metro... everything is on your doorstep. Montmartre and the 9th (SoPi) are two of my favourite neighbourhoods with a great Parisian atmosphere.
Travelling solo, it is not always easy to find a decent single room at a reasonable price. This hotel seemed to offer the best value for money. It's only two stars, but the bed is comfortable, bathroom small but decent with good towels and products. It is an older building so there was some noise coming through the windows from the parc with the touristy 'mur je t'aime'. I slept well but it might be worse when you want to sleep with the window open in Summer. I had requested a quiet room and they gave me one on the 4th floor. Every staff member at the reception was very very friendly. On Easter Sunday, we found a box with artisanal chocolates in our room. They were so good! Great customer service, thank you! Would defenitely not hesitate to book again.
