Within walking distance to some very good food and history. Comfortable bed. Sink didn't drain. Door was hard to open. Park at door but spots were tight.
The room was dirty. Hair wrapped around the side table lightbulb. Dirty floors, slow draining sink, and diy nasty tub floor that pools water.
Parking was a nightmare.
Booked the hotel because of price, location, and "newly remodeled". Should've paid the extra to stay somewhere else. Definitely will NOT stay again.
Bed was super comfy, quiet room. Loved the little bit of old style with updates in the room! Old bad thing was - As I was stepping down the back alley step to my car - I rolled my foot and ended up having 3 fractured toes. But Iâm doing ok! Adorable hotel reminds me of travel in my youth.
Perfectly fine for a place to sleep. The rooms were remodeled recently so they were fine. WiFi wasnât working so the desk gave us the office WiFi. Only real complaint is while the bathroom was clean there was still hair left on the side of the tub and dirt. Check in was super easy and while Iâve seen other reviews about no one being available or cards being charged more than once we did not experience any of that. Good price and a decent nights sleep.
The property and rooms were dated, and messy. The rooms were being worked on but the couple that was check
ing in at the same time was told that there was a refrigerator but there wasnt. They had to go somewhere else because they had meds that needed to be refrigerated. the floor was dirty and the shower was missing a drain cover. On the plus side the room was quiet.
Hoping this would be a great stay but we're shocked that the reservation was nearly impossible to find, room had exposed wiring, no art, no toilet paper, limited towels and felt barely assembled
We enjoyed our stay. It was short. It is very quaint. One thing that could be improved is the window covering. No one could see inside the room, but it did not keep the light from the parking lot out. It was disturbing to have so much light.
Stay was cancelled by hotels / Expedia. Allegedly the hotel was not available. Was shown as available on booking, but efforts to reach reception for confirmation of situation failed as phone calls were forwarded to voice mail which in turn was rejected âbecause fullâ. Eventually accepted hotels / Expedia offer into a rather distant alternate accommodation. Expedia promised to carry excess travel expenses (too early to tell the outcome)
Apparently they had a management situation two days before we got there. All reservations were lost. Front desk did their best given the situation. Rooms were dirty. I had to wipe everything down w/ sanitizer wipes. Floors had garbage, dog hair, & were filthy.
